On behalf of the AFCCA Foundation for Children, School Nurse Program we want to thank you for your donation.
The AFCCA Foundation for Children has helped a number of school age children with such things as eyeglass, hearing aids, wheelchairs, medications, surgery, dental work, medical tests and more. These children are kids whose parents don’t have insurance and they are unable to receive any other medical assistance.
