First Ever Back to School Fundraiser – Success ✅

August in Arizona means back to school and monsoon season, though this year is more like non-soon season with hot temps. Besides all of that, our first ever Back to School Fundraiser at Top Golf still had 50 attendees braving the heat, and enjoying a morning in good company, good food and (for some of us bad) golfing!

I think it is safe to say that every one from aged 2 – an undisclosed older age had a great time at the event. The registration included two hours of golfing in our private golf bays, a full breakfast (complete with bacon) in our private banquet room and your drink of choice. Orange juice for the kiddos of course.

Together we raised over $1200 for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year! Thank you to all who participated in the 50/50 raffle (brought in $370).

A special thank you to our Event Sponsors:

Garfield Refining Company is a 125 year old precious metals refinery that buys gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. They are an AFCCA Silver Sponsor member and a wonderful partner for the AFCCA Foundation for Children. Thank you to Drew Osberg for all you do and for sponsoring three golf bays at the Top Golf event.

Thank you to AFCCA Member, Dignity Memorial PHoenix/Tucson Market  for your continued support to the Foundation for Children and for sponsoring two golf bays at the Top Golf event.

Thank you to Gladys Marietti for taking time to come and photograph our eve

nt! When people are grieving, they cannot remember the details of how the life of their loved one was celebrated. Funeral Photogaphy AZ fills that gap by documenting the celebration of life and creating a tangible remembrance album to help families heal.

From start to finish, we document all the activities and details so that afterwards, families can go back and feel comforted. They can see who was there with them, what the flowers looked like, what the funeral home looked like – because when people are grieving, they can’t remember any of that. They will want this tangible memory of images to know their loved one’s life was celebrated well.

I invite the funeral homes in Arizona to partner with me to provide this much needed service to comfort the families they serve.
