- Craycroft Elementary School, Student Age 11 received an eye exam and eyeglasses for her vision acuity 20/40
- Apollo Middle School, Student Age 11 received an eye exam and eyeglasses for his vision acuity 20/50
- Apollo Middle School, Student Age 13 received an eye exam and eyeglasses for his vision acuity 20/40
Buckeye, AZ
- Tartesso Elementary School, Student Age 11 received an eye exam and a replacement pair of broken eyeglasses
