Large Grant Requests

Small Grant Requests
- Vail Inclusive Preschool – Vail, AZ: Vision services for a 3 yr old girl, referred to Lesco Optique. AFCCA Foundation for Children paid $209 for eye exam and glasses.
- Ignacio Conchos Elementary – Phoenix, AZ: Vision services for a 8 yr old boy, referred to Nationwide. AFCCA Foundation for Children paid $74.99 for eye exam and glasses.
- Mesquite Elementary – Tucson, AZ: Vision services for a 10 yr old girl, referred to Nationwide Lens. AFCCA Foundation for Children paid $74.99 for eye exam and glasses.
